Specific Need

Make the most of your money on Match Day! When you make a contribution to the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center on Match Day, your donation will be matched not once, but TWICE! In addition to the match by the Coffeyville Area Community Foundation (CACF), you can also be a part of the “Build with the Brothers Challenge”. Longtime Coffeyville physician, Chan S. Han, MD, retired in 2014, but he continues to give back to the community. Dr. Han’s sons, Yong, Yun and Sam, want to continue this tradition. For every $2 donated to the CRMC Foundation on Match Day, the Han Brothers will donate $1, up to $100,000.

The “Build with the Brothers Challenge” kicks off CRMC’s “Build for the Future” campaign. This campaign is focused on raising the funds needed to build CRMC’s new Primary Care Clinic. The site for the new clinic is across 4^th Street, just to south of the CRMC main campus. The offices for Primary Care, Women’s Health and Pediatrics that are currently located inside the hospital will be moved to this new 12,000 sq. ft. facility. This new, one-story building and an abundance of on-site parking will greatly improve access for patients and staff. The new clinic will also be a valuable asset in the recruitment and retention of doctors and medical professionals.

The mission of the CRMC Foundation is to provide support and financial assistance to Coffeyville Regional Medical Center to achieve and maintain excellence as a healthcare provider and leader for the community served.

Profile

Coffeyville Regional Medical Center is a municipal, non-profit hospital that serves more than 45,000 patients annually. It is the only full-service hospital in Montgomery County. Many patients also travel from neighboring counties in Kansas and Oklahoma to seek care at CRMC. The physicians and staff at CRMC take great pride in providing many of the same services as hospitals in larger cities. Patients can get the care they need close to home, eliminating the need for travel. In 2023, total patient visits to CRMC and its clinics are expected to exceed 68,000.

Coffeyville Regional Medical Center services include: 24/7 Emergency Room, Cancer/Oncology Services, Cardiology, Diagnostic Testing & Imaging, EMS Ambulance Service, General Surgery, Acute Inpatient Care, Swing Bed Nursing, Laboratory, Orthopedic Services/Surgery, Outpatient Services, Pain Management, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Speech Therapy and Business and Industry Services.

The CRMC Medical Group is an important extension of the hospital. Clinics in Coffeyville and Independence provide primary care and specialty services to patients of all ages. The providers include one full-time OB/GYN physician, one Family Practice/Obstetrics physician, one Family Practice physician and four nurse practitioners.

CRMC has been dedicated to its patients since 1949. As other hospitals have closed, CRMC streamlined its services and developed specialties to ensure that quality healthcare is available in Montgomery County for years to come.

CRMC’s position as a non-profit, municipal hospital provides the freedom to make decisions that are best for patients and staff. At the same time, the non-profit status keeps margins small and the budget for new facilities and equipment even smaller.
