Caney Valley Recreation & Community Fund

Specific Need

Current needs include: accessible sidewalks at the ballfields, new lights for one more ballfield,
1-2 more sets of bleachers in the basketball gym, and dirt for ballfields.
 

Mission

The Caney Valley Recreation Fund is dedicated to increasing the quality of life in the community by providing positive experiences for all participants. CVRC believes that each person should have an opportunity to grow athletically and socially through participation in programs that are fun and safe. 

Profile

Youth served so far in 2025: anticipate over 825 registrations in sports and ACES extended care
Volunteers participated so far in 2025: 100+ volunteer opportunities filled for coaching
Monthly use of building facilities from community members of all ages: 100-300 for walking at
the gym, fitness classes, and personal rentals & community groups
